The Koori Support Officer – Corrections Victoria role and responsibilities are to provide student support and assist Site Managers in the North West Metro Region with the coordination of special projects and/or required activity to ensure primary outcome of contractual delivery are achieved by performing;

1. Assistance and support to Indigenous students to achieve contract delivery outcomes
2. Participate in project and/or activities to assist with creative cultural arts and cultural well-being
3. Encourage Indigenous community engagement and stakeholder participation in educational projects

The Koori Support Officer – Corrections Victoria is a valued member of the Contractual Delivery team in the Box Hill Institute’s Educational Delivery Division. This position is responsible for working professionally and liaising with employees and stakeholders at all levels across the BHI and stakeholders, including Corrections Victoria employee's, campus students and community groups.
The Contracted Delivery team is responsible for business growth and success through developing and expanding commercial enterprise, identifying new business opportunities and seeking new and innovative ways to generate income.
