Indigenous Employment Partners provide a range of end-to-end products and services to businesses wishing to employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Indigenous Employment Partners are an Aboriginal owned and operated social enterprise whose social purpose is to find Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employment. We bring together close to 50 years’ experience servicing Aboriginal communities and building capacity aimed at fostering inclusive workplaces and increasing employment and training opportunities for Indigenous job seekers. Operating as a not-for-profit, we reinvest profits back into Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities by providing training, recruitment, and business development services.

Indigenous Employment Partners provides fee-for-service direct recruitment services, inclusive of 26 weeks post placement support. The IEP recruitment process involves sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and matching candidates with clients both in terms of the culture, the requirements of the position and the candidate. IEP will facilitate an interview between you and the candidate. However, we will remain the point of contact between you and the candidates put forward for the position.

Our recruitment options include:

  • Mainstream Recruitment
  • Temporary Recruitment
  • University Internship/Cadetship Programs
  • Apprenticeships/Traineeships

Indigenous Employment Partners provides 26 weeks of mentoring and support for the participant, their family, and their new employer as part of our recruitment package. We deliver the only nationally accredited
Indigenous mentoring course in Australia designed to support Indigenous employees and their employer. This course has been successfully delivered across Australia since 2006.
